950 Limited edition prints co-signed by Admiral Stan Arthur, commander of all naval forces during Operation Desert Storm
Situation: F-14s from the USS Kennedy pass over the ship during Operation Desert Storm. Only 200 of the prints in the edition have been co-signed by Admiral Stan Arthur, who commanded all naval forces during Operation Desert Storm.
