    • "Red Tail by Request" was produced from a 2-foot x 4-foot original that Sam painted and donated to the Red Tail Project, an organization dedicated to telling the story of the Tuskegee Airmen. It features a P-51 Mustang escorting a group of B-24 bombers during a WWII mission. On the day the painting was unveiled (July 28, 2008) it immediately sold for $25,000!
